does your sgli servicemember group life insurance include health insurance it says?

it include traumatic injury protection is that health insurance if so how do i prove i got this when i go to the hospital i got a check for 166 and the took out 56

no TRICARE is the health insurance. Traumatic injury is long term disability insurance.. such as if you are permanently incapacitated and can no longer care for yourself.. that insurance would help cover things like Rehab, assisted living facilities and equipment.
