How could i get an international health insurance for one month?

Will it be expensive? And how long do i process that? I am going on an internship in another country and they're requiring me to get this... :-)

If you are currently covered on an existing health care policy via your parents/guardian (or yourself)you might already be covered for temporary trips/visits out of the country. You should check with that insurance company first because you might already be covered and just don't know it. If you are currently covered domestically but aren't covered for out of country trips/visits for a nominal fee they will probably agree to add you for a specified period of time. If that fails you should look for an insurance agent that represents appropriate insurers. Let them do your leg work. A good agent will find you the best coverage at the least cost. Short term policies are pretty common so you shouldn't have a difficult time in finding what you need. The answer might be as close as the yellow pages of your local telephone directory.
