With Obamacare, everyone now has to have insurance or pay a fine. If you are homeless, with no income, you can't buy insurance or pay the fine. Will we be putting these people in jail with the dangerous marijuana smokers? What about if someone is Amish, and their religion forbids them to buy insurance?
