Anyone know how to cancel a Aetna health insurance plan? Tried calling earlier--keep getting redirected... Logged into my account via aetna's member login. Can't find anything. Newly enrolled in college which provides more affordable plans...Just can't handle the cost and can get something just as equally sufficient for a cheaper.

Dial the number for customer service and keep hitting 0 for operator. You will get a human. Also send a letter of cancellation by certified, return receipt requested through the mail Keep a copy of the letter and the receipt in a safe secure place. This way if they attempt to sue you for payment you have your proof
