Would a proposed tax on Cadillac health insurance plans be considered a move towards everybody having the same?

That's the goal of the bill. Tax our Insurance carriers, tax quality plans, and then subsidize people who prefer to spend money on Big screen TV's and cell phones. I see it every day. I'm an insurance agent. I have clients who live in 50K homes and have 100K worth of goods. I still cannot figure out how they obtained this.
