What type of reforms to the nation's health insurance system do you favor?

Government-based reforms, or market-based reforms? Why? Thanks.

Market based. The free market has always been superior to government bureaucracy. I would prefer to go back to the old days when we paid for our own health care as we went and had hospitalization insurance if anything really major happened. (Sigh!) Doctors even made house calls back then! .
