1 month after my 90 days for my health insurance to take affect, to me it dosen't sound right. is there a law that states when employers need to provide benifits to their employees.

My guess is that your insurance will go into effect on the first day of the month following your 90th day on the job. It stands to reason if you were employed mid-month. There is no law requiring employers to provide benefits, except to pay their share of your Social Security and Medicare premiums. If you have benefits, don't complain about when they start, because it's the employer's decision to provide them. In this day and age, a lot of employers are cutting back on benefits for employees.
