Who pays for the president his family and that of Congress' health insurance?

The general public cannot afford from some of the hospitals our elected officials receive care at, how can the public receive the same care our elected officials receive?Is the taxpayer providing our elected officials insurance we cannot receive?

Taypayers pay 75 percent of Congress. They pay 25 percent. The President's is paid by the taxpayer fully. It has been a while since I checked but I am still about right. Several months ago they voted to increase their retirement benefits by 15 percent. http://factcheck.org/2009/08/health-care…
