No health insurance, need a doctor, where do i go?

I don't have health insurance, or much spare cash but i need to see a doctor. What are my options? Thanks!

Most towns have clinics were you can go. Check your local phone directory Yellow Pages under Clinics. Some medical collages an university's have clinics also.
