What do I do if I dont have health insurance but I really need to go to the dr.?

I have applied for assistance and was denied because my boyfriend makes too much money but we can't afford $900 a mo. for insurance because of a pre-existing condition. I have had problems with my gull bladder, and lately I have been having severe pains in my stomache and have been the ER but they don't do anything for me (probably because I dont have insurance) but send me home with some pain meds. PLEASE HELP ME
