So, what does an American, who has had abdominal pain for months, does not have health insurance, can't afford?

a doctor and is worried that they might have cancer, do? The pain comes, a dull ache, but sickly, lasts about a week, then goes away for awhile, only to return and there are like granules under the area that hurts.
