Since the cost of non payers is already figured into the cost of my health insurance, how will the health care?

"reform" bill help me? I assume it would LOWER my premium.

The only way it will lower your premium is if you get fewer benefits or the premium gets subsidized by someone else. In other words, if you become a welfare recipient. How can you possibly lower premiums for those who have insurance at the same time you are providing insurance for millions who do not have it?
