I'm getting divorced. My husband said i can stay on his health insurance even after the divorce. Can i do that?

Will the insurance company know we are divorced if we don't say anything?

No, that is insurance fraud...once you are divorced you are no longer a legal dependent in the eyes of the insurance company & they will NOT insure you under his name....not to tell them is also insurance fraud.....wow.
