Now that the Healthcare Bill has passed, can I drop my Health Insurance and wait for Govt to cover my family?

We are a family of 5 and I make around 70k/yr. How will this bill be beneficial to me?

No. Even if you were in need, the government would not be providing health care to anyone. There will be a government-regulated exchange of private insurance companies. You still have to pay for health insurance.
