Here's the thing. My current doctor told me that he's leaving and he's going to Kaiser. I don't want to lose him so I my only way would be to purchase Kaiser. So if I already know the doctor I want, does that make Kaiser okay? What are the benefits and drawbacks of Kaiser Health?

I have used Kaiser for over 25 years and had 3 babies in their Walnut Creek hospital. I really love Kaiser, it is a great program. I have one child that sees a specialist once a month, not with Kaiser, and he charges me 850 for his time and about 200 for tests. Kaiser pays them without any problem, I do not even have to deal with anything.
