U.S resident living in Canada.. what do I do if I want to have a baby here but no health insurance?

I'm living abroad in Canada. Not yet a permanent resident, so I don't have a social security number here, nor do I have any health insurance. What kind of prenatal care can I get in canada if I'm uninsured? Any advice?

go to the us embassy there and talk to someone about it. If you don't want to do that, go to a local hospital and ask the financial department what they recommend.
