shall i renew my health insurance or get a new term plan ?

I have a health insurance (family floater plan from ICICI-Lombard), also my family is covered by Employer for medical facilities, Shall I discontinue my health plan & go for a Term-Plan from Religare i-term plan ? Pl suggest, thanks,

From ICICI you have health insurance which is useful in case of hospitalisation. i-term from Religare is a term insurance plan which pays your dependents in case of your death during policy term only. Health and Life Insurance as complimentary to each another and not substitutes.
