Is it true in the state of Massachusetts they requre everybody to have health insurance?

If this is true what if you can't afford it? Do you get a government insurance or privatized?

only the legal people. Edit: Jilll read the constitution. A state can do what ever it wants. the constitution deals only with the federal government as it should.
