What the advantages and disadvantage for the health insurance in America?

I live in the Americas, Maybe not the USA, but where I live, health insurance is free, and the health care system is great! No matter how many times I get sick, I get the medicine I need and my mother doesn't have to pay a dime! The United States could really learn from Canada, especially the crazy right-wing people down south.
