Why doesn't the government offer tax incentives for people who purchase their own health insurance?

instead of forcing everyone to purchase health insurance and causing taxes to skyrocket and opressing people further than they already are?

It is about control and if everyone doesn't buy into the ponzie scheme it will not work. They need all of the marks (victims )to pay or this will be a big fat failure.
