I'm trying to get health insurance, What does the new health care bill mean for me?

I am a working individual at a temp job, so no insurance through the company. With the new health care bill, does it mean I get govt insurance or do I still have to buy private like through blue cross blue shield? If I have to buy my own, what change did the new health care bill make for me, because I would have had to buy it anyway? Or is there something I'm missing. Thanks

What you're missing is the law doesn't take effect until 2014.
