Do citizens of other nations have 16,000 IRS agents auditing their purchases of health insurance?

I would like to hear from our friends from Canada, the UK and elsewhere. Our health care reform bill is to be enforced by revenue agents whose duty will be to check each citizen's health insurance purchases for adequacy.

No because they have universal health care so everyone is covered whether they pay for premium services or not. As far as the agents... JOB CREATION.
